BHC’s fee structure includes a Volunteer / Fundraising component which enables discounts and rewards to be offered to those contributing to the running of the club.  The fee structure gives all players the choice to:

· Help in the IHA bar/canteen or at BHC events; or

· Raise a minimum fundraising amount (dependent on whether you’re a junior or senior player); or

· Volunteer your time performing an advertised Volunteer Role; or

· Pay your fundraising / volunteer component (outlined in our Fee Schedules) if you choose not to volunteer or fundraise.

The discounts listed above are cumulative, up to the value of your family’s full fees.  eg if you are appointed as a junior coach of two separate teams your families total playing fees reduce by $600 + the relative volunteer / fundraising refund.

If you’d like to nominate for one of these roles  complete your nomination form and send it in to our secretary.

Volunteer Roles and Available Discounts

BHC has a sliding fee structure that incorporates a range of expenses. Refer to the
2012 Fee & Discount Sheet for information on fee deposits and total fees due.

The volunteer /.fundraising component is to be paid up front and will be refunded to you
when you return the
volunteer / fundraising record to our treasurer at the completion of your duty.

Fees must be paid in full by 22nd APRIL 2012.  Players who have not paid in full will not be permitted to play after this date unless they have contacted our Treasurer and confirmed an alternative payment plan.

Fees can be paid by direct deposit (preferred payment method), cheque or cash using the envelope receipting system.  Please make sure you tell your team manager and our Treasurer when you make a payment.
